Gavin Kennedy
Interim Executive Director for People and Organisational Effectiveness
As Interim Executive Director for People and Organisational Effectiveness, Gavin is responsible for ensuring the NMC runs well, with quality people and processes focused on continuous improvement.
Gavin joined NMC in March 2023 as Deputy Director for People and Culture and has experience across a range of corporate functions including people, change, planning, finance, and evaluation.
Prior to joining the NMC, he has worked for several other regulators and the Civil Service.
