People and Culture Committee

The People and Culture Committee ensures that there are appropriate systems in place for objective setting and appraisal, remuneration and succession planning at the NMC. The Committee also has oversight of the People Plan and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Plan, including their strategic development and receiving assurance on key learning and delivery of actions. It also advises the Council of any potential amendments to the risk register identified through the course of the Committee’s work.
