Planning to attend?
The day will start at 09:00 with tea, coffee and pastries. The meeting begins at 09:30, with our Chief Executive, Andrea Sutcliffe, and her team taking the Council through updates from each of our work areas.
There will be a question and answer session at about 12:00. That's your chance to ask our executive team and Council your questions.
Lunch is provided and we hope that you can join us where there will be further opportunities to talk directly with Council members and the executive team.
We encourage anyone attending to bring their own copies of the Council papers with them, as we'll only have a very limited number available on the day.
