Current position and background
Lindsay brings senior strategic leadership experience at board level as both an executive and non-executive director within the third and public sectors. Lindsay was Chair of the Wales Audit Office Board between 2020 and 2023, having been a non-executive Board member there since 2015.
She has had a distinguished career in the charity sector in Wales, including as the Director for Mind Cymru between 1995 and 2014, having previously held positions in mental health development and housing development.
Lindsay was also a school governor for many years including as Chair and Vice-chair, as well as serving briefly as a local Community Councillor.
Lindsay is currently an executive coach working with senior executives in both the public and third sector and is also a management consultant focused on the development of excellence in governance.
