Current position and background
Nadine Pemberton Jn Baptiste is a solicitor who has extensive experience working in regulation across the public sector.
Nadine recently became Executive Director of the Construction Industry Training Board, having previously been General Counsel at the Gambling Commission since March 2021.
Qualifying in 2003, Nadine’s previous roles include being Executive Director of Legal at Social Work England (December 2018 to December 2019) and the Head of Governance and Legal Services at the Care Quality Commission (August 2015 to November 2018).
Throughout her career Nadine has specialised in strategic organisational development, change and transformation. Nadine is dedicated to inclusion in all aspects of her work.
She is a founding member of Rotary International's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Taskforce. Nadine also often speaks on leadership and inclusion. Nadine is a coach and is committed to making coaching more accessible to marginalised communities.
