UKIM Appointments

Your case officer will contact you to discuss a suitable time and date for an appointment with a medical examiner.

We’re now arranging some UKIM appointments in person again, although some are still being held remotely via video link.

If you would prefer to have a face to face appointment, it may be possible to arrange this, but only in Covid secure environments and where this is agreed by all those involved.

DNA Legal appointments

Medical testing by DNA Legal continues as normal.

DNA Legal’s staff operate within Covid-19 guidelines ensuring social distancing and PPE are worn at all times as a standard part of their processes.

If, however, you would prefer to have a virtual appointment, which takes place via video-conference, please inform your case officer.

Please also inform your case officer if you do not have the facilities to take part in a virtual assessment or if you need to re-schedule the appointment. They will set up a suitable time and arrange this with the medical examiner.
