Paying your annual fee

Application fees

We'll refund your application fee if:

  • you withdraw your application
  • we close your application because you didn’t return the required supporting evidence within the timescales we gave you
  • your application is unsuccessful.

We cannot refund any evaluation fees that we charge for EU or overseas applications.

Annual fee

We cannot refund any part of your annual fee if you decide to lapse your registration at any point during the year.
