The Statement of Investment Principles (SIP) details the policies which control how the pension scheme invests.
The SIP sets out the principles governing how decisions about investments are made and has been prepared in accordance with all relevant legislation and best-practice guidelines.

The Implementation Statement:
- sets out how, and the extent to which, the scheme’s policies on stewardship have been followed during the scheme year
